Placing an order

After you place an order on the Site, there is a standard pre-authorisation check to make sure there’s enough money on the card. You can expect to receive 2 emails.

1. 1. Your order is only considered accepted by us once payment goes through. Once this happens, you’ll receive an order processing email.
  2. After the processing is complete and the order is shipped, another email informs you that the order is complete.

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. We’ll get in touch with you if there’s an issue with an order.

Accuracy of Information

As much as we try to be accurate for the prices, specifications, and other details of the products, there may be errors on the Site. We’re humans too, and sometimes, mistakes are unavoidable. If we discover an error for anything you’ve ordered, we’ll inform you immediately. You’ll be given the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.

Colour differences of the actual product as compared to the physical product may arise due to –

- - product images from the manufacturer

Legalities

Misuse

You must not misuse or tamper with our Site, or other services. Behaviour that constitutes misuse or tampering is inclusive but not limited to –

- - introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other malicious or technologically harmful material.

- - messing with our tech or functionality or steal our or our customers’ data.

We’ll report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities.

Intellectual Property

We own the intellectual property rights for our Site and its content. All such rights are reserved.You’re not allowed to use any part of the Site for commercial purposes unless you have our express permission.

We’ve the right to amend or remove our services and/or any part of the Site at any time. These terms and our dealings with you are subject to Singapore law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

User Generated Content

When we’ve reached out to you to feature your social media content on our own social media channels, it means we really dig your style.

Enabling you the opportunity to feature your content on our social media channels with the required hashtags and tagging, you agree that we can –

- - use the content (“Content”) on our Site, and/or on any of our social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, Youtube, with or without modification.

You promise that you –

- - have the permission of everyone in the Content; and

- - have the right to grant us the above rights

You understand that other users of these social media platforms can also share and make use of the Content once posted. If you don’t want to grant the permissions set out above, please do not grant us consent to use the Content.
