Important Notes
IMPORTANT: Please never fill your REVOLOOP tube outside of the jacket with pressure above 0.5 bar. Otherwise, there is a risk that the REVOLOOPs will locally overstretch or even burst. Both scenarios lead to the tube unusable afterwards, since the overstretching of the tube does not deform it back and the tube therefore no longer be fitted. Therefore: REVOLOOP hoses only apply a pressure of more than 0.5 bar when they are fully assembled.

Product Details
The REVOLOOP.race is the lightweight tube for the agile, demanding racer. The racing bike tube weighs only 39 grams and, due to the specific material coordination of the thermoplastic polyurethane, is at the same time considerably more durable than a conventional butyl tube. The low weight reduces the rotating mass on the wheel and makes the Racer more agile in the sprint and on the track.
The valve is made of particularly impact- and break-resistant thermoplastic and is ahead of its time. Minimum weight is paired with maximum performance. A specially designed valve foot prevents damage to the tube due to sharp edges on the valve bore.
The REVO.RACE ultra is the lightest in the REVOLOOP.family. Developed by enthusiasts for enthusiasts, the tube does not compromise. With a weight of 25 grams (manufacturer information), the racing bike tube is 50% lighter than conventional butyl tubes. The specific material coordination of the thermoplastic polyurethane gives this tube its unique latex-like rolling behaviour and minimizes the rolling resistance. For a few watts of extra freedom! Revoloops hoses are made of thermoplastic polyurethane and are much more puncture-proof than conventional butyl hoses. The low weight reduces the rotating mass on the bike and makes the racer more agile. In addition, the TPU hoses hold the air many times longer than conventional butyl hoses. Constant pumping is a thing of the past.

The valves developed by REVOLOOP are made of special, high-strength thermoplastic polyurethane. They combine the highest technical demands with minimal weight and sophisticated design. The internally welded valve footplate protects the tube from damage caused by sharp edges on the valve bore in the rim and the dreaded valve tear-off.
Virtually seamless – REVOLOOP welding technology
REVOLOOP’s patent-pending welding process makes it possible for the first time to weld thermoplastic hoses with large wall thicknesses in such a way that an almost flat seam can be created. This technologically demanding process achieves perfect rolling comfort with the highest level of security against failure by snakebite and puncture.
Ecologically responsible – REVOLOOP material
Thermoplastic polyurethanes are recyclable plastics. Since both the tube and the valve are made of TPU, REVOLOOP bicycle tubes can be completely recycled. Out of responsibility towards the environment.
